Kuching & Bandar Seri Begawan: A week long baking demonstrations spanned across two countries and two cities. An EAPP initiatives to sharing passion and performance with our state-of-the-art Margarines & Bakery Fats Solutions. The session were conducted by our very own Malaysian Celebrity Chef Ms. Evelyn Law and Taiwanese Celebrity Chef Mr. Chuang Wen Pin (Ah-Bin). Kuching is the capital city of Sarawak and Bandar Seri Begawan is the capital city of Brunei, both are located on Borneo Island.

Water-Melon Bread:
The outer skin contained green tea paste (ie, matcha), or pandan paste, the dough in the centre is made with Dragon Fruit puree and stuffed with raisins. The total fat content were 8% which is a combination of two fat types by EAPP – BREAD MATE & EANRICH956.
Sesame seed Japanese Tuna Bun:
A moist and soft texture bun coated with toasted white sesame associated with tuna mix filling. Soft Margarine (EASYBAKE101) bring exceptional mouthfeel and great buttery taste of the bun.
Sweet Heart Pastry:
A traditional & national delicacy of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, it is also known by the name Wife Pastry. Introducing EANRICH3701 in water dough, oil dough and filling enhance overall performance, improve flakiness and natural milky fragrance of wife pastry.
Pineapple Tart:
Famous traditional Taiwanese delicacy with pineapple filling, in a buttery and crumbly crusts. The combination of fragrance crust using EANRICH956 and chewy, sweet fillings are excellent companion for a cup of tea or other beverages.
Chocolate Walnut Bun:
Healthy & nutritious sweet chocolatey bun steamed baked in granite surfaced oven. The outer surface remain whitish appearance with the help of controlled baking temperature. EANRICH956 bring out the butter vanilla flavour on top of chocolate.
Solemn Hague:
A redefined traditional garlic bread with a twist, where the skill falls with the ability for the opening area to open up completely exposing the ingredients. Combination of Bread mate in dough and EANRICH3701 makes it soft and tender. Extra-large visual appearance is brought by 120g dough weight only.
