With over 30 participants from all levels of the organization, the course have been specially designed provide participants the required awareness of the ‘whats’, ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ of hazards to food.

With this heightened awareness, EAPP ensures safer and added hygienic preparation of foods based on globally recognised principles.
