Dubai Gulfood 2014

EAPP – East Asia Palm Products Sdn Bhd an international marketer and producer of valued added bakery fats and edible oils, exhibited at Dubai Gulfood (23rd to 27th February 2014) for the third (3rd) time in recent years. We are thankful for the immense support from MATRADE – the national promotion agency of Malaysia.

Recognizing the significant growth potential in the GCC for performance, healthy, nutritious and halal-certified Bakery Fats, EAPP’s Gulfood 2014 has attracted the strongest presence of visitors than previous edition. Through this exhibition, EAPP were able attain useful contacts and we shall interact with people from different countries.

To keep up with intense global competition, EAPP are investing heavily in research and development, improved packaging and modern food processing technologies. Coupled with strict industry standards, EAPP has been able to develop food products that are more innovative, healthier and that meet global standards.

This year, EAPP focus strongly on the marketing & promotion of our Butter Blend, Cake Margarine and Croissant Layering Fat. Butter Blend is based on vegetable fat mixture and small amount of anhydrous milk fat, with pleasant butter aroma, it is suitable for normal dairy operation. Cake Margarine is a premium versatile margarine and ideal for cake manufacture who require high ratio creaming value & buttery aroma. Lastly, Croissant Layering Fat is tailor made for very fine-tasting requirement for croissants and Danish pastries.

EAPP themed “Building Partnership – through creative innovations and securing satisfactions”, the EAPP & the Malaysian Pavilion is located in Sheikh Rashid Hall of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
