The 3 days baking lesson had been successfully conducted at EAPP and attended by 20 sales & technical representatives of distributor. Theory lesson and plant tour were given beforehand to ensure participants familiar and understand vegetable fat and EAPP’s range of products. Basic baking knowledge and concept also being taught to strengthen their interest in throughout the training.
Through theory and baking lessons, participants were benefited not only their understanding towards marketing bakery fats, but how EAPP’s product has established with distinguish identity. Q&A session received a very positive response where participants raised their questions and doubts in order to enhance their products awareness. Hands on lesson attract participant’s interest in baking and ‘open their eyes’ with our high technology and advance equipment to produce innovative bakery goods. At the same time, everyone in the training were engaged, discussed, and shared their passion in marketing journey.
Everyone were cheerful with new launched products and interaction to improved marketing skills especially for new sales representatives improved their self-confident and understand market perceptions.
