Blue Bell Soft Margarine Baking Practical Workshop

Period: 24th & 25th October 2013

Community members from all walks of life from Borneo Brunei and Sarawak participated East Asia Palm Products’ Blue Bell Soft Margarine baking workshop on 24th & 25th October 2013. The event showcased the use of Blue Bell Soft Margarine in the making of hotel pasty including Strawberry Éclairs, Sweet Short Pastry custard fruit tart and Strawberry Friandise.

EAPP is thankful for the magnificent supports and services provided by the management and team members of Baking Industry Training Centre (BITC) and Le Apple, and EAPP is highly appreciative of their strong work ethics and integrity demonstrated throughout the event.
